Customer Service here is REALLY top tier. I asked about the caffeine level of various drinks and they were able to make a special batch of matcha with less caffeine to acclimate. Very welcoming and ready to help! The matcha latte with oat-milk was great. My boyfriend got a Spanish latte and loved it also. We adore this place.

I am far from a coffee connoisseur and literally had to Google EinspΓ€nner prior to ordering. I was the second in line during my visit and after placing my order, the line suddenly grew and the cafe filled up. I was not sure what to expect, but I am familiar with my teas so that was what had caught my attention at Covour Coffee. I ordered the Earl Grey latte and the Hojicha einspanner and I really enjoyed the roasted, nutty and earthy taste of the Hojicha. The einspanner (sweetened whip cream) added a creaminess to the graininess of the Hojicha and the perfect amount sugar went with it. The Earl Grey also had a strong flavor with a good amount of sweetness. Although the flavors were strong, the only thing lacking was the temperature, was it normal for the drinks to be lukewarm even though I picked it up immediately? I also ordered the Pandan and Ube mochi muffins and it was undercooked. The center should be soft and chewy, but it was gooey and wet. The drinks were great and the pastries were expensive and disappointing. Would definitely come back to try their matcha einspanner or other drinks. Considering how small their parking lot was, glad that the spots were mostly 20minute p

We planned to visit some stores along University Ave over the weekend, but wanted to try a coffee shop in Palo Alto other than the ones along the street. After a brief google search, this coffee shop popped up with pretty high ratings. So, we decided to give it a try. The coffee shop is located at an old plaza. The plaza looks outdated but the coffee shop itself looks modern and the interior is quite spacious. We were there around Saturday noon time, and it was busy (which is a good sign!!!). We were not in a hurry, so we waited 10 min in line to get a coffee latte to go. The host and servers were nice. The latte tastes good, just a bit too hot IMO. We also tried their Ube Mochi as it is quite unique, and it tastes good, paired well with latte. All in all, I can see myself visiting them again in the future.

Covour is a nice coffee shop located in Palo Alto, offering ample indoor seating. The store is spacious for a coffee shop and provides a variety of options, including coffee, latte, matcha, and an assortment of pastries. The interior is clean and well-maintained, making it an ideal spot for a quick work session outside the house. Upon arrival, the shop was quite busy, but the line moved quickly. The menu features numerous coffee preparations, similar to other coffee shops. Covour also offers seasonal drinks depending on the time of year. One standout menu item is matcha, which seems to be a staple in every coffee shop I have visited recently, except for a few specialty shops that exclusively serve coffee and tea. During our visit, we ordered a croissant, pandan mochi, latte, matcha, and Spanish latte. The drinks were enjoyable, and the pandan mochi was particularly interesting as it was my first time trying it. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I look forward to returning in the future.

stopped by this coffee shop on a Sunday morning, and it was unbelievably crowded. I honestly haven’t seen such a long line outside a coffee shop , especially one without any celebrity hype or special attraction ; so I’m still not entirely sure what makes it that popular. Somehow, I managed to get inside and even found myself a small table, which felt like a small victory given the crowd. They don’t seem to restrict laptop use, although you can clearly see many people waiting for tables while others are working or lingering . so expect a busy atmosphere. I ordered a mocha along with two breakfast pastries. One was a cream cheese croissant topped with everything seasoning, which was very unique and something I had never tried before. It leaned savory, and the crunchy everything seasoning added a really nice texture and depth of flavor , definitely a standout. The second was a maple walnut scone, mildly sweet with a lovely nutty crunch. It wasn’t overly sugary, and the balance between maple sweetness and walnut texture worked really well. The coffee itself was good , solid but nothing extraordinary. I had hoped to try some other menu items like avocado toast, but they weren’t servi
